Both the unwinder diameter and rewinder diameter support up to 800mm, allowing for extended continuous operation with large jumbo rolls. Furthermore, the unwinder and rewinder core mechanisms are fully compatible with both 3 inch and 6inch formats, providing operators with the flexibility to seamlessly switch between different material suppliers and roll specifications without prolonged downtime.

To maximize operational flexibility and minimize material waste, the equipment is designed so that it can perform both forwarder and reverse operation. Advanced Drive & Tension Architecture

Handling heavy material rolls is dramatically simplified because both the unwinder and rewinder use shaftless type hydraulic system control. This robust hydraulic infrastructure allows operators to securely lift, engage, and disengage massive rolls directly from the floor with minimal physical exertion, significantly accelerating setup times and enhancing workplace safety during intensive production shifts.

To maintain pristine web geometry, the material's up and down adopts separate motor and speed reducer, this type will make press roller always keep same angle in the material, regardless of the roll's changing diameter as it processes. This constant geometry is critical for preventing air entrapment and ensuring a perfectly tight, uniform finish.

Because of this independent motorization and precise angle management, the overall web tension will be more stable than normal type of rewinding machinery.
